Terms and conditions
General statement.
- rent of apartment in Kiev via our company is public offert, so it claimes the same rules for all clients of our service;
- apartments are given to rent only for your living (no video, photo, partying are allowed);
- all apartments are represented at photos on website (some changes can be, but only the better side: more new renovation, some new technics and domestic goods);
- hi-speed internet is paid additionally (1€ per 40 Mb of traffic);
- pets are not allowed;
- the same as in any hotel we guarant you staying the dates you are ordered while booking (if you want to prolongate staying in apartment, but other person already booked it we`ll offer you the same class apartment);
- in the day of your arrival you have to pay the last of sum (minus booking payment);
- additional discounts are possible only if we confirm them before your booking (specially for people from Turkey and Eastern countries).
TRANSFER
We offer transfer services from-to airport Boryspil and railway station. Our transfer cars are modern and safe and the drivers have experience of driving more than 10 years. Of course we offer less prices than usual taxi.
Rates are:
Meeting at airport and delivery to apartment (up to 3 persons) 25€. Back transfer is 20€.
Meeting at railway station and delivery to apartment (up to 3 persons) 15€. Back transfer is 10€.
A CHANGE of THE APARTMENT If due to some reasons you do not like the reserved apartment, we can remove you to another one just on the next day. Sometimes in Kiev there are the hold-ups with an electricity, water, etc. If something similar happens in the apartment you’ve reserved, and if we have some problems inside the apartment and we cannot deal with a breakdown at once, we change the apartment for youwhich will be similar and at the same price.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES Every additional cleaning - €5. Laundry - €5. (For 5 items) An interpreter - €10 per hour
BREAKAGES After moving in the apartment you should examine, that everything is ok works good, and that the condition of the apartment is good for you. The day you leave our manager will come to check up everything and to take away the keys. In that case if we find some breakages or shortage, you should, pay for it. We do respect you and wait the same from you.
THE EVICTION FROM THE APARTMENT Time of eviction - 12 o'clock in the afternoon, but if our next client moves in at 16:00 and later, you can remain 1-2 hours longer (we can onform you about such abbility only 1 night before depart date). Late eviction (till 18.00) is costs half of the price of the apartment, (after 18.30) – you have to pay the full cost of an apartment. An eviction late at night is possible, if this apartment is not reserved for this date.
If you leave at 7.00 (7ÀÌ) in the morning and earlier or after 23.00, we insist on using our transportation service 7€. Because, it is the extremely difficult for a manager or a housemaid to arrive to the apartment at this time. Our driver will examine the apartment and will take away the keys.
If you have forgotten things in an apartment – you have to inform our manager at once. If your things have really been left in the apartment, but not lost by you earlier - we shall keep them till your next arrival or we shall pass them with the help of your friends.
CHEATING
We work absolutely official. Any client of our service can see and receive the copy of our license to this business. Low prices abd perfect service is the style of our company. So we hope that you will read attentively all rules of our service and don`t cheat us.
Cheating is:
- making some breakages of apartment or apartment facilities and hiding it. In such case either you compensate the funds equal to the cost of brocen facility or your phone, name, company and your representative company will be entered into the blacklist of all Kiev apartment operators.
- booking apartment for "7 nights+" and asking for discounts but at the day of arrival informing us about less period. In such case either you will live for the regular price or we will not accomodate you and booking prepayment will be fired.
- ordering and booking apartment for 4 nights and more, but staying 1-2 nights. In such case we will not accomodate you and booking prepayment will be fired.
