Conditions of reservation.

Reservation is an advance payment in size of a daily rental charge for apartment. This booking payment is included in the total sum of payment. Only in this case, you receive an apartment which you have chosen and saw a photo on a site. If you do not come in the date of arrival, booking payment wil be a penalty. Dates of booking impossible to change. In the day of arrival, we are asking for You to pay for the rest of nights (minus booking payment). In case of your cheating (read Terms and Conditions) advance payment is not refundable. It is desirable to do booking 10-15 days prior to your arrival.

Please, make the order only if you will make advance payment for the first night (to reserve an apartment). If you are not able to make booking payment - contact us in the day of arrival. We willl offer you acailable apartments on that day. The transfer from the airport is possible only if you did a booking payment.

Preliminary booking of a concrete apartment is available from 4 nights and more.
The order for 1-3 nights is possible for accommodation not earlier than 4 days before date of your arrival or in the day of your arrival (at presence of free apartments).
Orders are accepted only by e-mail or form of order in the apartment`s description.

Please inform us before your arrival if you need receipt(s) and the way of preffered payment.

How to make a reservation?

1.	You look a photo of apartments, select a concrete apartment from our Kiev apartments.
2.	You read the information for the order of apartments and order an apartment (fill in forms, see below).
3.	We specify the information on availability of an apartment for your dates.
4.	If the apartment is available for your dates, we send you the instruction how to book apartment (reservation). If the apartment is not available for your dates, we will offer you equal (price, location) apartment in Kiev.
5.	You do payment (payment for the first night of rent of an apartment). Please don`t do any payments before our confirmation of booking!
6.	We send you acknowledgement of reservation, the receipt, the address of an apartment and other information.

Reservation is valid only if you have made advance payment. The booking payment is Your guarantee to get the preffered apartment.
Replacement of an apartment is possible only in case of emergency (the big failure of a waterpipe or an electricity, the apartment is handed over for long term, etc.). In this case, we will offer you other equal apartment. It happens very seldom (1-2 cases during one year).

How to pay the order?

We accept credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. The technical support of acquiring of VISA and MC cards is provided by UPC (Ukrainian Processing Centre). Safety of all transactions done through the UPC are validated by Verisign.

2. Bank remittance.

Currency of payment - UAH (currency of Ukraine, operates only in territory of Ukraine).

You receive details for payment by e-mail, after inquiry.

3. Fast money transfer Western Union, Contact, UniStream.

It`s easy and fast way of making booking payment.

After sending a remittance, inform us by e-mail: kiev4rent@bigmir.net
- a name of the sender;
- the country and city of the sender;
- the sum of a remittance;
- code of a remittance (It is given out by the operator of bank at reception of translation).
This information is necessary for reception of a remittance.

4. Cash.

Payment in grivnas (UAH, currency of Ukraine). You can book apartment either yourself or via your representative person.

What included into charge for an apartment:

- bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, city’s telephone number, internet connection;

- you rent all apartment, not only one sleeping place;

- cleaning of apartment with changing bed linnen and towels once a 5 days (You select the mostly comfortable time for You between 10.00 and 17.00);
- hot, cold water, heating;
- taxes;
- charge for our service;
